Smoke and Vaporize's website is designed to provide you with a safe and secure online shopping experience for all your vaping and accessories needs. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our products and our customer service. We have a wide variety of vaporizers, supplies, and replacement accessories that are available to be ordered securely online and shipped directly to your door for ultimate convenience.

At this time, we can only ship to customers located in the United States of America. When you place an order with Smoke and Vaporize, shipping is free to the customer. Item's typically arrive in about seven days from the day we receive your order.

When placing your order, please be sure to provide us with the correct address as we are unable to change any shipping information after we have sent your order to the shipping company. When you receive your product, if it is damaged please contact Smoke and Vaporize immediately via e-mail. You can e-mail us directly at info@smokeandvaporize.com or via our Contact Us form located on our website.

If you receive a damaged product, we must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to report any damaged items within the 72 hour time frame may result in the claim being denied by the shipping provider and exclusion from the return and/or exchange policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our policies before you place your order.

Please include several detailed photos of the damaged item. If you notice any damage before you removed the bubble wrap from the product, please provide a picture of the inside of the delivery box while the shipping containment is still intact. Also provide a picture of the outside of the box you item was shipped in. As soon as you have unwrapped the damaged item, please take a photo. We also request that you provide a close up photo of the damaged part or parts. Also, in your e-mail, please be as descriptive as possible so we can ensure that our customer service team can address all of your concerns immediately and appropriately to ensure that we provide you with top of the line customer service.

Once we receive your e-mail, it is our goal to respond within the next business day, if not sooner. Throughout our correspondence regarding any damaged items, we make ask that a return tracking number be provided so that we can track the return of the damaged item. Also, it is not our goal to have any dissatisfied customers or any shipping mishaps. We would like to thank you ahead of time for your patience and understanding with any shipping difficulties.

*Please note: UPS, FedEx, or any provider that requires a signature upon receipt cannot ship to a PO box. Orders over $70 require a signature on delivery.

All Orders are Shipped from our warehouse in California USA.  Delivery times for standard ground shipping is 2-7 days within the USA

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 11:00AM Pasific  time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

If there is noticeable damage before you remove the bubble wrap of your package, please take a photo of the inside part of the delivery box before you open it and while it is still intact that shows the damage to the box. 
 
Take another picture of the outside of the delivery box that shows the damage.
 
After the item is unwrapped, take a picture of the damaged item, along with a close-up of the damaged part or parts, so that we can see where the problem is. 
 

All orders are sent in plain cardboard packaging with only your address label. There is no reference to Smokeandvaporizecom.com on your package .
