Return Policy

Smoke and Vaporize Return Policy 

All vaporizers come with a manufacturer warranty for 30 days on defective parts and a one-year warranty on defective batteries only. You must report and return defective items to us within the warranty period and preferably with the original packaging for repairs or replacement parts. This excludes repairs/replacements needed due to normal wear and tear, improper usage, exposure to the elements, or improper maintenance. Keep in mind that warranties will not be honored if the product is returned with any illegal substances contained in it. **NOTE TO CLIENT: Not sure if your business does repairs personally or sends them to the manufacturer. Please advise, and I can fix any errors.**

A defective product can be exchanged for a new one at no charge. Contact within 24 hours of receiving your item if it arrives damaged or broken to resolve the issue through a return or exchange. Though our orders are packaged securely to avoid breakage, we know that accidents happen. 

You can initiate a return for an unused product (open or closed box) within seven days of delivery for a refund or exchange (limit one exchange per returned item). If the product has been used, we will not issue a refund. The customer pays return shipping. 

You must contact us to start the return process--simply sending the item back without contacting will result in the item being returned to the sender.

Due to lost time and resources, we charge a 5% cancelation fee for orders that are canceled before shipping. 

If your item is undeliverable for some reason and is returned to us through the Post Office, we offer two options for resolution:

  • A refund, minus a 15% restocking fee
  • Resending the order with signature confirmation, at the customer's expense
