According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: Users can visit our site anonymously. Our website will contain a link to the privacy policy on the home page or landing page. This link will include the word "privacy" and will be clearly delineated. Users will be notified of changes to the policy on the policy page. Users with personal information in our files will be able to change that information by contacting us.

When a browser includes a Do Not Track request, our website does not track signals, write cookies, or display advertising that relies on tracking agencies.

We allow third party behavioral tracking.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act): We do not specifically market to children under 13.

Fair Information Practices: In order to comply with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action in reaction to an unforeseen data breach. Users will be notified by email within 7 business days and by in-site notification within 1 business day.
